Hi, I’m Tracey. I’m an art director and animator based in Australia.

I think visually.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across graphic design, film, motion graphics, animation and, eventually, art direction. I like ideas that take an unexpected turn, especially the ones that make people look twice.

I get curious about things. Sometimes a little too curious. One thing leads to another, and before I know it, I’m knee deep in something I barely know how to do. In 2023, I even went and got myself into AWARD School, making my creative playground a little bigger.

The 3am monster still shows up now and then to steal a few hours of sleep. But it hasn’t managed to swallow my curiosity. Yet.

Life would probably be a lot easier if I wasn’t like this. Oh well.

The sun’s still up. Plenty more playing to do.

On a completely unrelated note, I enjoy disappearing into the wild for a bit of solo camping. I also apparently have ambitions to take on a kangaroo one day.

So far, no kangaroos have stepped up to the challenge.
